We drill 4" domestic supply wells. These wells generally use a 4" black steel casing that is seated into limestone rock. They are then drilled out to provide clean drinking water from our intermediate aquifer. Submersible pumps are generally installed in these wells and size between 1-7.5 HP depending upon customer needs.
Irrigation wells also include 4" deep wells as mentioned for domestic supply wells, for irrigations systems with a high water volume demand. Additionally, we also drill shallow wells, which are drilled manually, consisting of a 1.25" pvc well and screen, as well as an above ground pump, pulling from shallow ground water table. Shallow water isn't available in all locations.
